b'Mainstream Bottlers Meet in ScottsdaleSheila Ebanks (NAOUs newly appointed Head of Large Store Retail) presented the current retail landscape, an overview of Coca-Colas retail performance and Coca-Colas new, multi-year retail vision and roadmap. Adam Griggs (VP Walmart, US) focused further on our systems key retail partner, Walmart, with an overview of their 2024 priorities and our systems top three priorities to ensure the achievement of our joint goals with this important Customer in 2024 and beyond. Patrick Plunkett, (NAOU President of NPSG) shared the systems impressive list of capital investment projects and up-coming strategic projects. He also provided updates on NPSG supply chain and commercial activities. Mickey Urmann (NAOU Senior Director Finance) followed with the 2023 NDTP Year-End Settlement and an overview of the 2024 NDTP before breaking for lunch.The afternoon began with Jim McGreevey, (NAOU Vice President of Public Policy & Federal Government Relations) providing a detailed overview of public policy and government relations with Federal and State priorities, key considerations in light of upcoming elections and TCCCs approach to engagement on important business and society issues. James also discussed highlights from the AB Executive Committee on the Every Bottle Back initiative, and shared examples of how Bottlers can emphasize their individual ownership stories.Andy Wallach (NAOU Vice President, Execution Enablement) reviewed the takeaways from NAOUs Bottler Capability Summit, that they held at the AOC in January, sharing updates on Bottler Capability tools and new ways to access en-hanced resources for Bottlers. Kelli Wasson (Ozarks Coca-Cola Director of Marketing & Commercialization) followed sharing an example of how her organization has filled a gap by creating succinct Brand Information Sheets, which Ozarks has offered to make available to any interested Bottler.Following the afternoon break, Jennifer Buckert, Scott Barber, Drew Heenan, and Jeff Swift from the Monster Energy Company leadership team took the stage for an open and purposefully unstructured panel discussion, moderated by Mainstream President Rob Feeney. They covered topics including portfolio and competitive news, Monster portfolio performance, and Monsters current business priorities and challenges. They also shared that Corinth Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola Williston, earned Tier 2 and Tier 3 respectively, Monster Bottler of the Year status for 2023! Congratulations!Mainstream Vice President Tiffany Olsen closed the Day One General Session inviting the Coke Affiliated Sales Organization (CASO) Bottlers to remain for a discussion with Jason Butter of Keurig Dr Pepper and his leadership team. Mainstream President Rob Feeney formally opened the meeting for Day Two and invited John Gould, (CCBA CEO and Executive Director) to the stage. John provided his annual Associationstewardship update on the key initiatives against CCBAs strategic goals, highlighting the focusareas of advocacy.The morning moved quickly, with Kasey Lobaughof Deloitte providing excellent insight into thefuture of the consumer industry. He shared interest-ing, exciting and sometimes concerning trends, consumer data points, technology advancements That evening all attendees and presenters were welcomed to an evening of rekindling connections while enjoying dinner and drinks! Heather and Brian covered VIPs bundle of complementary applications available to enhance the eoStar offering and each services cross-tier impact that will result in greater efficiency for the North Star Bottlers. Finally, Heather shared VIPs recent eoStar investments highlighting how these investments, along with their bundle of services is designed to help the participating North Star Bottlers build capabilities that enable growth, eliminate waste, and meet customers and consumers ever-changing needs. 2'
